Pilates resolutions for the New Year?

So with just a few more days to go before the New Year, have you decided on your resolutions yet?

Remember to include a lifestyle resolution and a Pilates resolution!

Perhaps one *Rolldown every morning fir the rest of your life?

Or, perhaps vary the exercise each morning?

Think about a healthier diet for the New Year and drinking more water.

Also, being more positive will be a great step forward. 🙂
