Pilates Post Xmas Day detox

So we’re feeling guilty after the Xmas festivities and there is still more to come!…

Today you have the chance to do a little detox.
Drink a long glass of cool water to rehydrate
Have fruit for breakfast followed by eggs either scrambled (with nothing added in the pan). Just add seasoning and a side of tomatoes with a little avocado perhaps
Put on your trainers, grab a sports water bottle (to keep you hydrated) and walk for at least 20 mins (think tall and elegant whilst you swing your arms)
Good – now you’ve got the day off to a great start you can face the parties ahead.
