A: Feet flat on the floor, parallel, 3 or 4 inches apart.
Try and sit directly on top of your sitting bones (in the middle of each buttock), not favouring the right or left.
Imagine you are balancing the bones in your spine – (the vertebrae) one on top of each other and your head is one big bone balanced on the top.
