Of course you can make resolutions at anytime of the year, so if you haven’t started the year off as you’d hoped you, can make a fresh start.
If you managed to make and stick with a Pilates resolution you can give yourself a pat on the back 😉
So for those of you who’d like a bit of encouragement remember just 3 minutes of Pilates each day adds up to over 18 hours of Pilates during the course of a year! And that makes a huge difference to your body.
