Pilates for a snowy day

You may feel that you’ve done your workout for today now that you’ve shovelled snow and defrosted yourself in your cosy warm home? But no, it doesn’t count!

Some proper sit ups are in order to get your Pre-Xmas figure back.

Lie on the floor (if you don’t have a mat a towel will do). Clasp your hands under your head, elbows pointing in a v shape up and outwards and bend your knees.

Relax your bottom and chest and breath out fully as you close your ribs and curl up to look at your thighs

Breath in and fully breath out as you return down

Repeat 5-20 times

Well done! Now doesn’t that feel better?
