Gently lift your pelvic floor and navel, this will help you keep your balance in your high heels and take the stress away from your back. (Carry your heels in a bag and wear flats on the journey.)
Try to drink water and eat some low fat high protein and carbohydrates before you leave home (eg chicken or fish and veggies).
Have a small snack in your bag eg banana, packet of crisps, chocolate bar. This is for emergency time if you get hungry and tipsy too quickly!
Wine is less calorific than beer and spirits. Ice cubes in wine keep it cold for longer so you can sip and not drink too quickly!
Order a glass of mineral or tap water at the same time as your alcoholic drink to keep yourself hydrated.
