When you rise in the morning think about making yourself as tall as possible. Keeping your head balanced naturally on top of your spine, lift your ears away from your shoulders and your ribs away from your hips. Be proud of your Pilates length and smile! 🙂
Pilates morning 'feel good' stretch
First thing in the morning enjoy an upper body stretch by lifting your arms above your head, hold onto one wrist and reach to the ceiling. Hold for several seconds and then grasp your other wrist. It feels so good 🙂
